Chia seeds have so many health benefits, have a look here.
- 1 small cup almond milk (nice and sweet) or coconut milk
- 2 spoons Chia seeds
- 2 spoons Oats
- cup of frozen red berries plus some extra for topping
- 1 spoon of nuts and/or seeds
- 1/2 spoon bee pollen
- 1/2 spoon raisins
Mix your almond milk and red berries in a blender, pour into a bowl and add your Chia seeds and Oats, place in fridge for a little while.
When your mixture has become ‘pudding’ like add your remaining ingredients and enjoy a healthy breakfast perfect for a busy morning.
