Gluten free pancakes

 

Banana and oat pancakes, a healthy alternative and perfect if you have gluten intolerance

You need

  • 2 eggs whites
  • 1 banana
  • Pack of oats
  • Cinnamon
  • Lemon
  • Red fruits
  • Syrup or honey 

Add your oats to a blender and blend until you have oat flower, add your banana, a pinch of cinnamon, your egg whites a pinch of salt and a squeeze of lemon and a little syrup or honey. Blend until you have a smooth batter.

Fry your pancakes in some virgin coconut oil and serve with red fruits lemon and syrup. Enjoy!
