Ingredients
- Collard leafs or large lettuce leaves
You might want to thin the stem of your collard leaf with a knife so it folds easier.
For filling
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1/2 Red pepper
- 1 Avocado
- 2 inch Cucumber
- Onion sprouts ( or other sprouts)
cut all into small pieces
For the sauce
- 1/2 cup cashew nuts
- Lemon juice 1-2 spoons
- Cayenne pepper to taste
- 1.5 inch courgette
- Little water
- 1 Garlic clove
Mix in a food processor and pour over your diced vegetable mix.
