Healthy Chia breakfast bowl

So healthy, so delicious, dairy free and a great protein fix for vegetarians.

Chia seeds have so many health benefits, have a look here.


  • 1 small cup almond milk (nice and sweet) or coconut milk
  • 2 spoons Chia seeds
  • 2 spoons Oats
  • cup of frozen red berries plus some extra for topping
  • 1 spoon of nuts and/or seeds
  • 1/2 spoon bee pollen
  • 1/2 spoon raisins

Mix your almond milk and red berries in a blender, pour into a bowl and add your Chia seeds and Oats, place in fridge for a little while.

When your mixture has become ‘pudding’ like add your remaining ingredients and enjoy a healthy breakfast perfect for a busy  morning.
