Healthy Chia pudding and sugar free Jam

Such a healthy dessert for those with gluten or dairy intolerance.

Health benefits of Chia seeds are

Chia seeds forms into jelly when mixed with liquid and can be use for cooking and puddings.


Ingredients Chia pudding

  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup  blue berries
  • 1/4 cup Chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 soft dates or honey
  • peach or other fruit for garnish

In a mixer blend your coconut milk, vanilla, and dates and pour 1/2 of the liquid in a cup, add the blue berries to the remaining liquid in the blender and blend again and poor into a jar. Divide the Chia seeds over the 2 mixtures, stir and place into the fridge for several hours. Add the mixture from the cup into the jar on top of your berry mixture, garnish and let it set for a few hours more. Enjoy.








Ingredients sugar free Chia Jam

  • 2 cups strawberries or other fruit
  • 2 spoons Chia seeds
  • 3 soft dates

Blend your berries and dates and cook for aprox 5-10 min, let your mixture cool down and add the Chia seeds, place into a jar and let it set in the fridge for several hours
