Green super Juice

  • 1 apple
  • 1/2 lemon ( peeled)
  • 3 inches of cucumber
  • Handfull of spinach
  • 1/2 celery stick
  • Little ginger (add more if you like spice)
  • Small handful of fresh herbs like parsley, mint or coriander

Super detox juice

  • 3 apples
  • 1 carrot
  • Slice of lemon
  • 1/4 yellowbell pepper
  • 2 inch cucumber
  • 1/4 celery stick
  • 1 inch broccoli stem
  • Slice of beetroot
  • Avocado

Juice all your ingredients except for the avocado. Then poor your juice into a blender add your avocado and blend

Cellulite eliminator

  • 1 apple
  • 1 pear
  • 1/2 pink grapefruit
  • 2 celery sticks
  • Few mint leaves

Melon Summer punch

  • 1/2 Water melon
