Juicing a healthy snack for kids

Great tasting juices are a healthy snack and a great way to make sure your child get their vegetable and fruit intake.


Popeye power or the Hulk.

Ok, it looks green but it does not taste like vegetables at all, trust me.

  • 1 apple
  • 1 inch slice of lemon (peeled)
  • handful of spinach
  • 3 inches of cucumber
  • slice of pineapple or 1 pear (remove skin of pineapple)



Pink lady

A juice packed with vegetables but taste like a sweet fruit juice

  • 2 apples
  • 1 small beetroot
  • a little broccoli
  • 2 inches of cucumber
  • slice of pineapple
  • 1 lime

  • 2 carrots
  • 1 orange
  • 1 apple

fresh carrot juice and mint


strawberry dream

  • 1 banana
  • handful of strawberries
  • milk or yogurt
